Cameron sidelined for around 6 weeks.......bummer! Fractured jaw leaves wideman out for up to six weeks Cameron Stewart is expected to miss up to the first six weeks of the season after fracturing his jaw in Saturdayâs friendly at Orient. The former Manchester United wideman, who joined Blues in the summer, will undergo surgery on Tuesday after scans showed the damage. âCameron was caught by an arm late on in the game on Saturday and the scan has shown that he has fractured his jaw,â Town physio Matt Byard told the Club website. âHe will have surgery in the morning and we will see where we stand from there but for that type of injury, you are looking at between four to six weeks on the sidelines.â After negotiating most of pre-season with only Stephen Hunt in the treatment room with a calf problem, the injuries have mounted up over the last week for Town with Paul Anderson, Tommy Smith and Jonathan Parr all concerns ahead of the weekend opener against Fulham at Portman Road.
I can't see why Paul Taylor wants to go out, have you seen his missus!!!!!!!!!!!! talk about batting well above his average.
The Ipswich Town New Player Curse strikes again. Every time we bring somebody in that we think may add creativity and solve our winger problems they fall foul to a random injury. Civelli, Taylor and now Stewart. At least this one won't keep him out for long but could mean we are playing catch up if we don't get good results in our opening matches. Oh for a decent winger that stays fit for a season.
I'm on holiday mate in the Caribbean and can only get occasional access to the internet and when I do it's so painfully slow!
There was me thinking you would come to Cordoba and stay in my villa but instead you opt to holiday in the ****ty Carribean, its a disgrace.....a disgrace i tell ya!!
