Help please identifying a song

Shazam is refusing to help

 

It's the same song they used for all the MOTM videos last season. I've never been able to find out what song it is. Maybe it's not well known.

 

I tried putting the lyrics into google and nothing comes up must be a rare song

 

I did that too! Started with "three long years" and got loads of links to "Tie a yellow ribbon round the old oak tree"!

 

Nope, stumped - emailed andy r at the club, brother of the man who picks the music's dodgy indie band?

 

Thanks Bunmahon....we cannot find the lyrics on google and Shazam and Soundhound have failed to identify it

well that was quick, currently supporting the Wurzels on a tour of warzones its 'The Wildes’ and the track is come and go.

God knows if you can buy it.

If anyone struggles with finding what a song is, there is this fantastic app on a smartphone called Shazam and if you play a tune it will identify what the song is and who's it by

 

Not for me either, but if someone one else on here likes it, then I got the file for them....
