O/T Where is this?

I thought I knew East park very well but can't think where in the park this has been hidden. Anyone any ideas? Says on the video about being found when they cleared the area for a car park a couple of years ago.

Interesting, Charlie - I lived in Summergangs as a kid (the house backed on to the park) and it was 'over the fence and far away'. I knew it really well, including all the overgrown/unkempt bits like Peter Pan park, the Rockies and The Willows back garden, but never came across those stones. Maybe they came in later, if/when rubble was brought in?

 

Did you sit on it? Perhaps it slid up your jacksy

 

I can't picture just where in the park this is. It's a mystery to me. I might have to go have a look later.

 

I'd be interested to know more about this.

I spent day after day in East Park as a kid and this is the first I've heard of it.

 

I think it's near the holderness road part, around the tower police station
