Our development squad is looking quite good now.

On the first team front, think we just need a bit of cover at RB and a holding midfielder and we are sorted.

Very interesting. Born in June 1994 and the write -up says he is only 18!

So we'll possibly have two fullbacks, one of whom 'is going to be better than Luke Shaw' and the other who is the 'new Seamus Coleman'. Well that's us sorted then...

That's official club sites for you - they rarely bother to update two-year-old stuff like that. Useless.

There is some twitter talk about us being one of 3 clubs (Leicester and Swansea being the others) who have contacted Man U about the loan of Nick Powell. I feel like this is the 3rd or so window that we have been "linked" to getting him on loan. Perhaps he is just a real big fan of 12Bet.

I know we're meant to take youtube compilations with a pinch of salt, but this lad looks the real deal. Would love him here and would be a great replacement for koren!

The first minute of that video is completley pointless. It's just him walking round to really, really irritating music.

Good player though, wouldn't mind him coming in on loan, he'd be a great replacement for Koren.

Posted a few weeks ago about a podcast I run, this week we're covering Everton, Spurs, Southampton, Newcastle and.. Hull City! So give a listen if you wanna hear some Aussies giving their thoughts on the PL season ahead. Hopefully I cover most things relevant for our coming season. :)

Hull City boss Steve Bruce confirms interest in Cork City's Brian Lenihan

STEVE Bruce has admitted his interest in bringing Cork City youngster Brian Lenihan to the KC Stadium as the fight for the Irishman's signature intensifies.

Lenihan is a man in demand this week with Cork reportedly fielding enquiries from several English clubs, both in the Premier League and Championship.

Hull City are among those keen on landing the 20-year-old right-back but the stiff competition means Cork are holding out for a sum in the region of £150,000.

Bruce says Lenihan has been identified as a potential star for the future and he said: "It's something we've looked at. He would be for the development squad.

Patience. Plenty of time left in this window.

IMO, One more plus 2 loans before the window shuts. Of course the FAT list maybe of interest to us after that happens.

Glad we did miss out on Lescott and Jenkinson as they are now out injuired but for how long is the question.

As for Dawson, nothing has been confirmed YET. Still time for Levy to blink on that one.

Lescott and Jenkinson wouldn't necessarily have been injured if they had joined us... they might have both scored hat tricks against Trencin.
