Not at all, but recently the guy that sorts it has been putting me on the blue team.

It's complicated but we're a mixture of 2 companies and I know people from both, so often go on the other companies team due to them normally having less players. Plus they don't have a "stand out player" unlike our company that has 2 really good guys and as I'm one of the top 2 (not bragging) I get moved over.
