There's something a little bit worrying about your post. I suspect you've been admiring Triples H's biceps a little too much.
Was originally a little annoyed as I bought my tickets before the west upper was open as, given the choice, I would sit there, but now I am glad of the option of sitting in the East Stand for a different persepctive. I am just glad that the demand has meant that the stadium wil be fuller than I expected.
It can't 'sell out' because its unreserved seating, your not allowed to sell every seat, not sure of the exact number but its something like 90% of the full capacity.
And then when the attendance is like 10k because people couldn't sit together, etc, you'd still complain. The unreserved seating combined with the low prices (and the fact it's our first game in Europe) is why this is selling so fast.
Not really in this case Like a lot of supporters the club thought we wouldn't sell this many tickets I thought 11,000 tops so that makes me clueless also
Sold out with zero marketing. Just think how massive we could be if we actually marketed the club throughout Hull and East Yorkshire with affordable pricing?
I'm complaining because the club is not maximising the potential to fill the stadium, just cutting down on there own overhead of a few staff to organise it. And with people saying not enough time........correct me if im wrong, but is it not Hull City's core business since 1904, selling tickets and putting bums on seats????????
Iv always thought with prices reduced for those who are in education plus the unemployed we could fill a 32,000 stadium with ease in the premier league and maybe the championship Those at school or uni and those out of work could become season pass holders of the future when us old sods are no longer around
The South is not yet sold out and we've just put 5,000 extra seats in the Upper West up for sale, there's only a few days to go, I think everyone who wants a ticket will get one.
