I'm pretty certain none of the RG's owned it, Lammy. The guy who might well know is John Rowley (one of the Guitars). I think we had it (kinda) leased and other bands could book it, but again, I'm not sure.
Just had a thought/memory - I've a feeling the building (and studio) was owned by Jack Lennard, who was a pretty well-known slum landlord in Hull.
I have a copy of the Moscow single in my possession at the moment, though it's on loan, not my own copy. Also quite a few other local singles from around similar years (also on loan, unfortunately). Haven't played it yet... later perhaps.
Personally, I think the B side was much better(though that's from memory, I haven't heard it for about thirty years).
