Anybody seen much of it today?

Saw some old clips of past Glasto head liners on the telly, classics like Pulp, Radiohead that someone recorded.

Watched a bit of BB King, Jimmy Cliff and Morrissey. Catch a few more tomorrow.

Not a fan of the headliners though- never a fan of U2, Coldplay do my head in and Beyonce is an odd decision to put her on a bill at a festival like this. Chemical Bros should be quite good as an alternative.

Heard the Wombles are playing too :)

    Are U2 ever good?

Looked at the line up and wondered what I'd do for three days if I had gone. I'd have loved to have seen Pulp again and quite like Noah and the Whale. After that, then meh!

Actually, I note that Don McLean and Paul Simon are playing and I quite like a song by the Vaccines but other than that the bands playing are pretty poor (IMO of course). I could add Chumbawamba on a minor stage and would have taken a glance at Suzanne Vega perhaps.

I'm too old now at late 30's I guess

I've just got back rom Glastonbury and it was amazing! The weather went from torrential downpours and thick mud to an absolute scorcher. Elbow and Chemical Brothers were amazing. Definitely an experience worth doing if you haven't already! Need to catch up on the City news now as I'm completely out of the loop.

I see Danns has gone to Leicester. They are starting to build a very capable squad. A little bit worrying but I think it will be an exciting season. I've got plenty of faith in NP and his scouts.
