    I really hope we can sign this guy. I know some people hold reservations about his goal scoring record, but from what little I've seen of him coupled with the opinions of people who know far more than I do, this guy is a little terrier and will fight and scrap for everything.
    Bellamy's goal scoring was never fantastic yet he was always one of the first names on the team sheet because of the threat he posed, I reckon Erding has all the attributes to be just as effective in our league.
    Roll on the new season, can't wait...

    Why do people insist on spelling his name with a g? It's ç (alt+0231)

    Turkish spelling is erdinç, English spelling is Erding, neither are wrong.

    We still use the c with a cedilla in English though, see façade, and when we don't use the ç it's usually replaced by a c. Why a g in this case?

    I have no idea, Erdinc sounds better than Erding anyway, cedilla or no cedilla.

    Because that's how the French media decided to spell it (maybe they use a g in France)

    I believe it's pronounced Erdinch, so how come we spell it with a g?

    Hold down your Alt key and type those numbers, the letter will appear.

    I've never seen him but he sounds like an improvement and a bit pacey, which is good.

    will big mike shell out the cash though? I reckon he'll not and say he kept if for a bid for Messi but he wouldn't come after 10 seconds of frantic negotiation and then go.... oops the transfer window has closed- doh!

    Money wise i agree. But it's not all about who we can afford it's about who we can attract (see Gervinho/Gameiro)


    you clearly have not heard about the impending Shola/Messi swap deal
