    Was anyone esle there?

City fan just over from me answers his mobile going into the tunnel, "We're here, if you want us come and get us"

They did (Trençin firm) as a few mins later just as I was exiting the tunnel under the railway, a bunch of supporters were legging it away and the Slovak anti-riot brigade were straight on the scene coming the other way.

    Think they were expecting trouble

    I didn't run, I walked ;)

I was in the tunnel as four mounted police walked their defecating steeds through.

I wasn't sure whether it was the Zilina 'Terror Boys' or the Trencin Tearaways who were calling it on.

Heard lots of garbled versions of an incident, the most amusing of which saw some roided-up Slovak bellow a defiant challenge to some City, dropkicked one but then got pummeled severely, before being cuffed and led away by the local bobbies.

Move along there, nothing to see.

I wouldn't go that far Stanley.

A heady cocktail of roid-fulled bravado, adolescent peer pressure, the presence of a massive club on his patch and too much pivo.

Thank goodness we had the travelling KC stewards there to guide us to safety.

I was there, just about to walk into the tunnel. I just heard some shouting then someone scream and loads of people started legging it out the tunnel so I ran a bit and looked round and saw a bit of bravado going on quickly before the hosses moved in and put a stop to it.

Didn't realise it was city fans I just assumed it would have been Trencin and Zilina fans.

No surprise you got in the thick of it blampers, how many did you knock out?

Light beer, as opposed to dunkes, which you have to chew.
