Incredibly petty and pedantic point to really worry about use of the phrase ’latest estimate’. All that highlights is your pedantic personality. It really really doesn’t matter.

It wasn’t so vital for this to literally be the latest estimate. If it is 250,000, 300,000, is it 400,000. Having the most bang up to date number isnt necassilry important as they are all estimates. Quoting the French consulate estimate made as recently as January. Is not an unfair source to use. Regardless of which of these numbers you use it doesn’t alter my point. A lot of French people live in London and Remy wont see that as bad thing.

I picked up on the detail of what you said because you gave the impression of conveying opinion as fact.

The point here is that I would not have gone onto the QPR board and started branding around the term 'small club' and would have picked my words carefully when covering any negative aspects. My original response said that there were merits in the point you were making but that they were lost because of how you made your point. You even acknowledge in this latest reply how you want to produce a response because you know how 'sensitive' us northerners are on the subject.

I'm going for three months initially, but my girl is sorting immigration options. I'm going to be volunteering with a homeless shelter as I won't be able to work (thank god she's rich ), which'll mean my resume won't be blank and I'll have a Canadian reference to make getting a job after easier.
