£100million - seriously, how would you spend it?

    I would like to see us reinvest £50m in players any wages (4 players) and then invest the rest in the club's future. I can imagine setting up centres of excellence in each continent, each boasting the Southampton brand, and really developing the global brand.

    Could upgrade St Mary's? :p Would be great if we could get a decent 13/14 players, get a top half finish and then use the rest of the 100 million on a top 6 push the season after.

    To be fair, I was going to say something similar to all your first replies. But I think your own idea is sensible enough. I'd get enough super quality in and then see how much is left.

    Incidentally, I've been fixing a PC all afternoon [the bastard won't play ball [sorry]] and in the background I've been watching Saints v Newcastle 4-0, just to see whether I can take watching that group from last season. I appears I can, but they don't look half as impressive as they did.

    Which I think bodes well for their present employers. :)
