Paste it as a bitmap (paste special, bitmap) - sometimes the line breaks in the signature editor don't seem to align with whatever version of word is formatting outlook.
**** it buddy, who gives a ****. Go make yourself a nice omelette. And have a drink of water. That is what is important in life not stupid computers. I have never met an interesting person that works in IT. They are all boring monotonous geeks with no concept of life.
You just cannae change it now is all cos it's a picture - you'd need to re-do in excel or word if you change your phone number or any other daft detail you have in it.
Open a blank email, select Insert, click Signature button, select Signature - here you can edit it. Once done, it will automatically be added to each email. This is base on Windows 8 Desktop Outlook.
sssssaaaakkkke Pud It's already sorted. Plus, you'd need to select the wee drop down for "make default signature" in there or it wouldn't automatically appear. I thought I was old, fuxake.
That's a given is it not ... you don't amend yer signature and not set it to default! Only a ***** would do that!
Only been in my job 5 weeks and in that time we've moved from Outllook to IBM (formerly Lotus) Notes accessed via Citrix whatever that is. Pile of **** as you have to keep logging into Citrix and starting IBM Notes to check if you've got any emails.
