They are so bad, it's not even funny any more. If these 3 play, we will struggle this season. No point bringing in a bunch of decent midfielders, if these 3 clowns are going to cost us countless goals.
Bit harsh on Emperor Ming and I don't buy in to this Allen bashing. Johnson on the other hand ...........................
All 3 are good players, maybe not 1st XI level (ming will get there!), but we will need a lot more players this season if we are to compete in anything other than the PL.
If we're honest Johnson is pony, Allen & Mino need to improve this year. I agree if we're to win things then these 3 need to either step up or go - Johnson can just go.
Fact is, we came 2nd with all those 3 players playing a significant part. Yes, Johnson has been poor and is 29 so ona download slope now. Allen is 24... he's not the best player in the world but what he's good at is pressuring players into making mistake and winning the ball back that way. He won't run 40 yards, make a sliding tackle and put it out for their throw.. he'll close down 5-10 yards, hassle and force the player into an error and either win the ball for our throw, or force them to make a bad pass to our players. The game against United was a perfect example where Fellaini couldn' cope with his pressing. He needs to add more to his game, but potential is there. Mig had a mixed season. Started brilliantly with the pen save but looked a bit dodgy with some crosses. Not helped with a changing defence so communication was never there. With a settled back 4 this should improve. Distribution, yes it's poor and he's never going to be Reina but we were spoiled there. He's average like a lot of keeps in that respect, but what he can do is save shots. And I want my keeper to save the majority of shots he faces which Mig does. He's 26, so still very young for a keeper and has a good 8 or so years left in him. he'll only get better as well.
You gotta love Nobolox - just drops in from time to time to drop a bomb and then ****s off I'm a Migs fan personally - although he seriously needs to work on commanding his box. Fantastic shot stopper though. Allen - Well I just dunno what I think off him, he's basically a squad filler that won't hardly get a game. Johnson - He needs shooting.
