Congratulations. The second Mrs Uber and I were married in 1999. In August this year we'll be celebrating 5 happy years together; the other ten have been ****ing miserable.
In reply to some nice comments above: - Yes, Mrs Ski is a true "legend" - Mrs Ski is not yet a true hoops fan and thinks I am derranged for supporting them, and she supports Lech Poznan! But the boys do support QPR and have had received much stick from school friends. They hope for better times this year and hope to see the Man City match if I can get tickets. -I need to disappear from work, buy some flowers and go home!!!!!
Nobody stays in the PL by luck and good teams get relegated every season. It strikes me that the pragmatic forward plan TF spoke about after immediately Wembley has all but failed given that we have acquired so few of our targets with only two weeks to go to the start of the season. If things don't start moving very soon we could yet find ourselves repeating the fiasco of three years ago when Warnock's enforced panic buying marked the start of a slippery slope that we are still trying to recover from. The club need to urgently decide if they really want to give it a go this time round and perhaps spend more than they bargained for. For sure there is no point in a club like QPR joining the end of window lottery.
You lot are just beginners Mr QPRBeth and I have been married for 33 years , and it don't seem a day to long... All based on the fact that he lets me go off every second saturday to watch a load of fit young me (and Adel) run around in shorts...Perfect
