I think we'll crawl back when he reality bites us in august but i do feel there may be an element of hope with enrique despite his issues as thats the LFC way blindly hope it'll be ok.... I reckon sending wisdom on another loan says rodgers doesn't rate him when you add it t othe evidence for last season so I can see some shuffles at full back late on. it'll have to bite us in the first two weeks of season though. I am still hopefull or a forward and midfielder though.
Still more business to be done. I predict another late bid for Moreno, possibly Manquillo signing and a striker, probably Bony.
so anyone think we will get a marquee player? or two? Our net spend it like -19mil* at the moment, open your wallet BR! *providing agger, borini and ass deals go thru
Save your money Brendan. If the target you really want ain't there keep the cash tight! This Christmas there will be value to be had.
exactly be a few players who may be more keen to move in jan than there is now, esp for the cl etc. just hope we are in a good position to attract them if need be, ie similar scenario to last season league wise, and still in Europe and we are laughing.
Just realised, we've currently got a larger net spend that you. Big clubs ruining football with their crazy spending
give you bellers, kuyt was always a return home sadly, not a lot we could do there, crouch, nah we don't want to go down that route again. wonder how players like pacheco etc have turned out, as always amazes me some of the players we have let go as not deemed good enough, but some of them are certainly a better option than what we have had in aspas and moses. its like i would rather we stuck with arbeloa all these years than waste money on johnson, now we cant get rid of the over payed twat. ps wasnt bellars wanting to go home as well? ie cardiff.
But will you have money to buy anyone else? If you stay as you are then in theory, you've gone backwards since it's the same squad as last year minus the young Barca lad; Delufou?
I know it wasn't a option of keeping them. Kuyt and Bellers left for personal ambition / return home. Crouch just knew he wasn't going to get a look in with Torres about. I was a bit obsessed with Pacheco. I was absolutely convinced he would become a top top player, so disappointed with how his career progressed. However, it taught me not to get carried away with youngsters. Until they have proven themselves then I will remain pessimistic, hence me having criticised Suso, Sterling, Flanno, etc previously. Suso still needs to prove his worth but the other two have done enough to convince me they will become very good players.
