Cheap things to do in London = Walk.

There is no such thing as a cheap thing to do in London, trust me I lived there for many years.

A good Boozer though is the Nags Head in Covent Garden. It's surrounded by fancy ****ing wine bars but it's a good old fashion BOOZER.

Whereabouts is the Nag's Head? I used to meet my mates at a boozer right next to the tube and there's another one directly opposite, but can't remember what either are called.

I'm in that there Londung at the moment and I can assure you **** all is cheap (although Bozza has done a top job of making the tubes run more often) <ok> Took my daughter to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory yesterday and it was pretty amazeballs :)

Come out of Charing Cross train station and turn right - Covent Garden is about a 5-10 minute walk. The Nags Head is up in the top right of the square

Here's some pics, it get's busy and has that good old fashioned boozer feel to it (minus the smoke, which kinda ruins the atmosphere).

A lot of locals go in there which makes it better, takes that tourist feel away from it like most bars in London.

Or if you come out the tube - kinda double back on yourself and turn left and it's just there <ok>

Another good boozer - Walk up Tottenham Court Road past Leicester Square, keep going past all the foreign electical shops and there's a decent boozer on the corner - you can't miss it. I forget it's name now, but it's a decent boozer.

She'll be doing the rounds of Greenwich market, so I'll give the other one a miss.

The Chandos , just off Trafalgar Square, is a decent boozer and dirt cheap by London standards <ok>
