    Decent signing if you ask me. Our style should suit him much better than Chelsea's or Villa's, so maybe we will get the best out of him. He didn't look out of place in a Champions League final (although out of position), so he must have ability. He has played for England. Was in the GB Olympic team. I'm not saying he will be a world beater but I certainly don't see him being a liability either...

    @SimonPeach: I understand the @ryanbertrand3 deal could be worth up to £10million, should #SaintsFC choose to sign him permanently from #CFC.

    If we decide to sign him, it will be because he has proved his worth, and so I don't really mind the sound of that. I know it sounds a lot right now!

    I imagine he'd have to have a ridiculous season for us to go for that. Much like Osvaldo to Juve, it probably ain't gonna happen.

    Of course we are. We obviously think Targett isn't far off. I also think Bertrand is getting some OTT stick on here tonight. It could turn out to be an ok loan for us.
