    As I said above Fran, I'm ok with this. We're better than villa and if we continue to play pressing up the pitch, he'll be ok. He may even be able to cross the ball. One assist at Andield and he has equalled Shaw!!

    Plus, helpful for Targett's development. It tells me that they are close to thinking Targett is ready but need an insurance policy.

    Well at least we can move from 5 aside games to 6 aside during training. To me they must really rate Targett. If he is that good why pay 15m Euros for a left back this season, when he won't be needed next.

    I just don't like Bertrand is all. Hopefully Targett plays 99% of the time.

    Stunned how the club kept this one so quiet. Very rare nowadays. Simon Peach is saying there's a view to permanent at the end of the loan deal.

    He's an improvement on Danny Fox!! Prem experience with a point to prove. Who's to say Targett won't keep him out the team like Chambers and Clyne last season. I think it's a decent move and it leaves us 92 mil to spend. Got my optimistic hat on for this one

    We're not going to spend nearly all of that. We could have comfortably spared £10-15m for a good left back.
