Think I read somewhere we have never actually beaten a polish team.

Is anyone actually confident? Legia are a tougher prospect than Shaky Parahandy from last year.

They are - folk watching their game against St Pat's last night said they didn't look like anything special but **** knows how much you can tell from that.

They can fight like ****, I'll tell you that much - Legia were the traditional team of the Polish army and their fans are awful fond of a bit of naughtiness.

I reckon, off the pitch, it'll be make friends with them or get wur **** kicked.

They're a tough draw...but I think Celtic will edge it as long as they keep it tight in the first leg. A wee away goal ...

If it wasn't so early in the season I would agree with you but we are still getting up to speed.

Agreed, if we had a month or two of our own season I`d expect to win ... but at this time I`ll just be happy to get through if we do. On the plus side I think they are just starting their season as well.

Thread hijacked 6-0, mon the Hoops. On CelticFC.TV for those of us outside the UK - also on CelticFC.TV for those of us in the UK if you use a VPN (I recommend HideMyAss pro VPN, like 40 quid a year and thousands of fast servers).

The argument in my house last night about whether I should go to the second leg or not was proper ridiculous.

Me: "But, I'll just work in Edinburgh that day and get my work to pay the train fare - it's only £20 with my ST code".

My maw who happened to be there: "fit aboot yer laptop, ye cannae be takking that to a game - it's no yours, it might get broken" (she's a teuchter)

My missus: "Aye, listen to your mum - you're best no going."

My da who also happened to be there: "Ah'm no goin' - and if you're walking aboot Embra yersel ye better watch ye don't get robbed o that laptop or bummed affa gang a ****s." (he's no a teuchter)
