Well it's not quite a bust-up, but at least something has happened at training.
A written request and refusing to train are all logical conclusions following the boards strategy. For the sake of any credibility the board must just invoke appropriate sanctions ( fines, exclusion etc. ) If this is a test of resolve, this has to be where the board go "all in".

Poor Ronald is what I say. He's done nothing wrong, and acted very professionally so far. I can understand Morgan's frustration, as others have been allowed to leave, but he isn't doing himself any favours by acting like a little kid really. He signed the contract last year, so the club don't have to sell. He may not like it, but Krueger, Reed and whoever else, have closed the door.

Crook says that a third party informed various media groups that Morgan had handed in a request, but Morgan's camp and Saints say he has not!!
The board has to stay firm...how long would Morgan be prepared to risk not playing. If we can afford to (which we can) he can do us no harm by not turning up...he just takes up a place on our players list...and let's face it, we will have a few gaps anyway.
