Rise of the planet of the apes is the one you've probably seen, the one with James Franco in?

Erm... I'm not too good on actors <whistle>

It's the one where the monkey gets too clever, gets all the others to escape and they have that fight on the bridge, before the old one pushes the helicopter off...

Sounds like it could be that one actually.. think cos they have similar names it confused me.

Watched Transformers: Age of Extinction. Not bad, to be honest. Seen much worse. Dinobots weren't as bad as I thought they'd be, and Galvatron was worked in fairly well despite not being accurate to the cartoon / comic books.

Now got the Need for Speed and the new Muppet movie to watch, too. Any views on these two?

Was still trying to come to terms with it to be honest... What with that and us agreeing on a few points... It's all a bit of a shock!

Very funny. <laugh> I like that they took the p*ss out of Rodimus Prime. Worst. Prime. Ever. Preferred Hotrod, tbh. Optimus is the the man -- well, transformer! -- though.

Terminator 5?! Reminds me of a joke in Red Dwarf when Lister gets a laser disc with Rocky 18 (or something equally crazy) on it. 6 Rockies and now 5 Terminators. Way to milk a franchise of everything, Arnie. <laugh>

well yes but.. they are all simply action.

I'd hope star wars is a ground breaker now they've plenty of bad novels on the later topics to draw on the the criminally wasteful george lucas aint part.... we'll see. i have hope.

avengers 1 wasn't too bad at all. didn't like hawk but..... i'd hope its not too much of an intro style and its all up action from the off...

i hope batman analizes superman... really don't like superman.

t5.. hope to F this is arnie voicing for a robot version not him suiting up himself

I liked the last Rocky (more like the first in style), but not the last Rambo (only really like the first film and small bits of the other films). I wasn't overly fond of the last Indiana Jones film. However, the South Park parody was a little over the top. At one point one the characters asked what aliens were doing in an Indiana Jones film, and yet various magics (Ark magic, Black magic and Grail magic) are fine! <doh>
