    It will soon make not one jot of difference having a multi-billionaire owner when the Fair Play regulations are applied as the club will have to live within it's means.

    We could have Carlos Slim buy us and unless he expands the stadium to a 100,000 seater and makes us the must marketable team on the planet; it wouldn't prove that beneficial to have him here in the first place.

    I don't actually care where the owner is from as long as he's running the club in an efficient manner and building within it's means for the long term.

    Arab, Asian, Latino or Inuit. Black, white, yellow or red.

    If they have the right vision with the means to achieve then I'm happy.

    I do draw the line at a woman though ;)

    Under FFS we would have almost definitely failed the new Financial Fair Play rules so does that mean that Mike Ashley has done a.... good job? <yikes>

    Turns out there're a couple kickin' around. If anyone knows of a pub in Toronto toon fans watch matches for when I move back this fall, I'd love to find it

    MORAL OF THE THREAD: Anymore it shouldn't be about bad foreign owners, but rather trying to stay clear of bad owners in general, they can be from anywhere, even your own backyard (sorry, garden)
