Tim Sherwood has been sacked.59% - Tim Sherwood had the highest winning percentage of any Tottenham Hotspur manager in Premier League history. Gilet.

Sherwood was very popular as a coach. Why cant he go back to that? Ridiculous to just sack him.

Always bemuses me why that happens . Doing really well as coach then asked to step up, can't do the job so kicked out of club
Monk and Adams faced the same dilemma. I can understand why they want to do it but I'd have something written into my contract so I got my old job back. Some of these guys have given years to the club but there seemslittle loyalty anywhere in football

    oh... its a hard question

I took the table using the alphabetical one we always get right now....

1 Arsenal safe as safe can be
2 Aston Villa Has to be under pressure with keane ready to stab in back
3 Burnley ? but surely safe by all thats holy?
4 Chelsea Safe until he mouths off then you'll know.
    5 Crystal Palace Surely safe.
6 Everton Safer than fort knox
7 Hull Has bruce signed a new deal? if so he gets lazy. I predict post christmas really
8 Leicester City ?? Who knows its an odd one
9 Liverpool Safeish, i eman he'll be judged by the signings now but CL means safe until may.
10 Man City Safe as houses but must deliver CL soon
11 Man United Chortle 6 at the back, 30mil player unfit... safe as houses
12 Newcastle Pardew must be under some pressure following end of last season, one head butt away IMO. signigns are a bit all over the place too
13 QPR ?? I dunno Rio might be a disaster, if they look bad he might go
14 Southampton. I'd put a penny or two on a resignation not a sacking here
15 Stoke City Good last year, not much happening. Could slip back so a mild risk
16 Sunderland I would say they need to do something but should be safeish
17 Swansea City young manager, could be out of depth, nothing much happened yet, form awful for 18months IMo. relegation candidates so yeah prob
18 Tottenham ... levy is nuts. but the guy should survive
19 West Bromwich Albion... long history of sackings now. don't seem to have much loyalty to managers. I'd put him on the list
20 West Ham United.. football antipathy of his clubs ethos and forward crocked again... gold and sullivan are spivs... has to be a danger

So form this my top 5 in no particular order are:

    1. Paul lambert
    2. Pardew
    3. Koeman (to resign by mid September)
    4. Irvine at west brom is on a hiding to nothing.
    5. Allardyce

Special mentions for monk, pearson and appy arry.

When you look it it between now and next may 9/10 of the managers will be gone.

West Ham fans won't be subjected to seeing Big Sam's massive head on the touchline for much longer....

Gold and Sullivan have made the man's position untenable with their public criticism of him, and I reckon he could be gone before a ball is kicked.

Allardyce, Irvine and Monk look most at risk to me. Agree that Koeman will probably resign rather than be sacked (should he leave at all).

that would be a bit silly given they have had since may to put a new man in and now we are 2 weeks from kick off... but i'd put nothing past that pair of spivs.

Should persisting with Johnson at RB be a sackable offense?

I think they've got someone else lined up personally. The fact that they've both publicly humiliated the man in the last week, tells me there's a game being played. I reckon they're trying to push him into a resignation to save paying him off.

Big Sam is a shoe in for the sack

Have a feeling that 'arry might be out pronto if results don't go their way. Same applies to Pardew and Poyet who both clung onto their jobs at the end of last season.

Are Villa sold yet? If not, add them to the list if they are sold and they're not performing....

Should really look at the first 6-10 games of each but can't be arsed so any 2 of these will be in the first four to go. #lazyprediction <ok>

maybe so but surely you do it in may if you give a toss about your club. I think the pair of spivs are only interested in a big pay day once olympic stadium is all theirs and they are in... in the prem.

    yes lol

i think everyone (ie at club) knows he is ****e, but what's the alternative? no one wants the twat and the silly wages he is on.

look on the bright side, should only be one more season hopefully, or if a miracle happens, he is gone before season kicks off.

Or does finishing second despite persisting with Johnson deserve a medal?
