Another totally random threads about the posters on here, one im at a loss with. 2 trivia teams, a pub team and a international. competition team. I'm stuck. 6 members per team.. pub team, local, music and gen ****e. capt....grandpops......allround ****e, with music.......all though he once proffessed to have a shag on a door step..hence wms. v. joe.....in pops on music, and all the general ****e about nhs etc, that we don't know/ wms....the merchant banker, in with the boring interst rates etc. and sport. funky.....for the alternative views, and obscure facts. raw......works at at a uni, cagey, but knows **** loads.. billy.....for the alternative view, see's things some don't. ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; international team.. capt....gonads,,who else...****s to clever for his own good.... parra.....gotta have at least one music man. smug.....by name, by nature, one clever ****er on nearly everything. cest.....knows **** loads about **** loads. nordic.....our scandi friend, is also a font of all knowledge. safc83,...much like billy in the other team, completely different, they will know little things the rest don;t/ 2 pretty good teams i think.....each could beat the other on any given day.
I'm crap at music and TV when I go to a quiz, but usually pretty good when it comes to general knowledge and obscure facts..
Me & my old fella once won the quiz in the Brit, just the 2 of us, against groups of 8 absolutely hammered. I swear, sometimes when your hammered you open bits of your brain that store random ****e. We drank the winnings, and there was a meal as well which I assume my fatha snaffled cos I never had it...
I'm decent at general knowledge like, nowt special. know all sorts of pointless **** but it's luck of the questions init, unless of course you have an obscene thirst for knowledge and the capacity to hold it. Most on here come across intelligent but that doesn't mean they have a good general knowledge. Most people tend to learn about specific subjects in line with work and interests. Personally, I just don't think i'd bring enough to a trivia team and to be honest I don't know anybody on here well enough to say if they would.
I`m canny at science things. Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Geology and stuff like like but crap at maths. Fine with arithmetic but totally baffled by algebra largely because I could never visualise the situation where I would ever visit a greengrocer for the purpose of buying x bananas. Completely beyond me that stuff.
I have a Degree in Fine Art so I'd probably pick up some points on that subject -I like all the Sciences, History so-so, Geography OK - Math I'm useless (albeit I can count to 4 ok which is useful in my job)
But in a trivia quiz, that'll be like a history question now. Who sniffed glue, and shagged a bird whilst clapping his hands?...............................bez, happy mondays.....easy init.

Could one of the teams be called "coming to my sex dungeon". Be good if the quizmaster has to announce "and the winners are coming to my sex dungeon".
