Now we're apparently after Gaitan. Don't know much about him, but United were linked a couple of years ago. After getting one Benfica wide player, eems we now want another. Maybe we think buying bulk from the same club gets some kind of discount?!

Yes, quite happy. We may have overpaid slightly on Lallana & Lovren but we were never going to get them cheap. Markovic and Can look exciting on the small glimpses I've seen. Origi looks one for the future if he does sign. Could just do with serious competition for Sturridge and a new full back and I think we'll all be pretty happy (aslong as Rodriguez and Bertrand aren't those 2)

Agreed, except that I would say that I'm fairly happy rather than definately happy. Seem to be solid signings so far, rather than truly exciting ones. I don't think we've done enough to cover our problem areas yet though, as you say. Wouldn't be too unhappy with Bertrand and Rodriguez per se, but definately wouldn't buy Rodriguez while he's injured. (I assume you mean Jay; I wouldn't mind James or Ricardo).

They're bankers! Got to live where the jobs are. We've had a large volume... all solid players but most of them spectacular. Excited about Can and John Markovich... the others... look good squad players- nothing exciting but not unhappy about. Lovren will be useful... we overpaid though.
