He's in the States covering the tour. He's not back until the team is.

That cock Rednapp yapping like a poodle about how it's unfair Remy is labled as failing a medical and that he passed theirs no problem.

Then yer grand Harry, you've got a good fit player who's knees won't blow and you dont have to sell right?

It could all back fire on Redknapp, and more several, on Remy.

    lfc never commented.

redknapp SAYS he passed something. the reality is remy was bought by qpr in jan 2013 but him not turning up at newcastle for talks and he mysteriously turn in at QPR. tapping up much harry? harry took over in november and were bootm at the time of robbing this player off newkie.

they basically threw cash at him and didn't do an f'n proper medical!

He's been since trying to offload and now whines about his mistakes?

Hughes still hopeful of being in Assaidi.

Hope his wage demands mean this falls through as doesn't seem like anyone else has shown much interest in him.

in the end.... LFc paid this guy 20k per week. thats all 20k. he is ASKING 45k per week. now you tell me......

he joined in 2012 so must have either 2 or 3 years left MAX. (prob 2)

so 2 years x 20k per week is about 2mil in wages

So he can sign a 5 year deal at stoke for 30k... surely to god that is 5x30kx52 = 7.8mil....

so who the F pricks about looking for more money when you've 5mil extra on the line. There NOBODY on the planet going to give assaidi 45 or 50k per week. We did not.

I'd defeinately take Balotelli for around 10-15mil. On his day he has that piece of magic that can win you a game. Yeah he has baggage, but like Krome pointed out it's mostly off field banter/idiocy

Rodgers is a superb man to man manager and I think he'd sort Mario out with regards to onfield antics.

I'm a fan of Balotelli personally, when he's playing well he's an incredible player. If Rodgers got him playing a team game properly he'd be a greaat asset to have.

Each to their own though <ok>

Not a fan of Ballotelli. Put his off the field stuff to one side and still not a fan. Saw against City yesterday how lazy he was. Doesn't make any runs in behind defence and only has a good game every 3 or 4 games. Not consistent enough for me.

Balotelli for £15m or rodriguez for £15m? Or better yet, Bony for £20m? Balotelli has issues, but he would go for lest than 20m imho, and he's a great option as a backup striker ffs compared to the dross we're being linked with

Out of those 3, if I had to pick 1 it'd be Bony.

Scored more PL goals than the other 2.

No way I would ever go for Bony over Balotelli myself.
Mario is twice the player Bony is, and younger, and if he was £15m, would be cheaper too.
Bony's strike rate in the PL is better than Balotelli's, but Balotelli was a kid when he was in the PL, and his strike rate since leaving City p!sses on Bony's.

Just wouldn't fit our style. He's a very lazy player and picked up 16 yellow cards and 1 red last season. Not the kind of player I'd want in my team.

Also, maybe cheaper in transfer fee but his wages would be £100k or more, Bony would probably be on more like £70k. That's £8m difference over a 5 year contract.

So Chambers is the latest Saints player to leave. Imagine if you were the only Saints first team player that no one bid for, how crap would you feel?
