Your claim is based on an an interview with a retired policeman who claims to have told thatcher about allegations that had been made involving some kind of (unspecified) inappropriate behaviour. Rather than suggesting that thatcher turned a blind eye to sexual abuse however, the police officer specifically states that thatcher would not believe that the person involved would be "like that". Furthermore, not only does the police officer not state whether it was mentioned when he passed the allegations on that a minor was involved, but the other party at the meeting specifically states that thatcher was not advised of an allegation involving minors, and that the informatin that was passed to her was of an allegation of parties involving other men. Your claim therefore that "she knew", is complete bollocks.
