Let anyone who wants to leave go. Let Ron build a new team for a new era. We can be bigger and better. Reed JWP and co are the future.

No more goodbyes. Look forward and up! The Saints are coming!

I do listen to beefy and I truly believe new arrivals will come..........but at the moment it's one after another out the door with Calum to follow tomorrow and no one new to be signed anytime soon.
We are quick to get them out but it's taken an age to get anyone in.

Well he knows a hell of a lot more about what's going on behind the scenes than you, so I think I'll take his word for it over yours.

Who knows what is irrelevant. The players we're linked with are worse than the ones we've lost, added to that the fact we're rapidly running out of time.

There will be arrivals. May be more departures, but we are clearly changing culture and clearing the NC disciples or paying the price of old promises. You worry about the squad gelling, but I'm sure that we will get quality in to replace those that have gone. Perhaps better, perhaps not. Will still support my club and actually excited to see what happens with mr koeman at the reigns next season. Patience is tough, but I'm sure we will come through it

This is going to be a pretty long post/rant so well done to anyone who actually makes it all the way through, I also am putting my ultra pessimistic head on so this may also put some of you off.

In the best case scenario we sign a load of players who all come in and do great and we have a similar/slightly better season than last and woopdedoo that is fantastic. If this happens then what is to stop all this happening again next summer? We have seen players who have been at Saints since the age of 8/9 whatever it is (in Shaw and Chambers), a player who has been at club for over a decade (in Lallana) and a player who would fit in most with our new signings if they turn out be successful (Lovren) all leave when bigger clubs come calling. If we can't keep hold of the players who should have some affinity to Saints like Shaw, Chambers and Lallana then how are we supposed to keep anyone who will only have been here for a year?

This is the reality of football and I don't blame the board/players/Pochettino/Cortese/whoever else. It is purely what football has become because of money and the uneven playing field this has created. We have very little chance of ever holding onto players who show the ability/potential to play at the highest level until we actually get to the highest level, which will never happen because to get to the highest level you need players to get you there, who will leave (most of the time) when an opportunity comes along to play at the highest level with another club comes along. It is a vicious circle that I don't see anyway out of, unless we come across some very loyal players who want to stay at the club for 3/4 years and we have an unprecedented recruitment drive where we pick up a load of great players.

Wasn't actually that long, but can't really find the words to express some of the other things I'm thinking atm
