Nah, lazy day. Work all week and gym in the nights. So the weekend is lazy days.
Broke up for the summer, as I work in a school. Been out on my bike. Did 15 miles, building up to the sportive I've entered in September! Only 25 miles mind.

My work atm is basically me on my mobile arranging stuff, so I always come on here. It's basically as easy as texting some one for me coming on here.
Foot is fine cheers, get the odd ache now and again but that's it.
