We win gold in mixed triathlon. Neck and neck with the Aussies at top of the table. The Bolt has landed in Glasgow. The swimming has been really good with us and the Scots stopping the Ausdies running away with it.

24 golds up for grabs today. The marathon has started in cooler running conditions. The first track heats also get under way. The Aussies are top of the table (just). We have good chances of medals at the velodrome and at the pool.
