...and I'm covering someone else's job tonight which means I'm on until 21:00. Which means I get to be on here in the evening for a change. Sooooooo, you've got just under an hour and a half if you want to meet me at Coocaddens for a bit of dong fencing. Who's aw in?
That's just a step too far for me. I don't want to mess with anyone's baby. Least of all that Rock wrestler guy's baby.
Ye canny use coocaddens underpass . The council put a games lane in it . 50 quid fine if you are caught in it during the games
Seriously, this is pish. I'm not used to working shifts cos I'm the senior analyst. I'm about to walk through a toon centre that is positively jumping with happy people from across the world and I have to trudge through them sober as **** with my laptop hanging off me. Shift workers, you have my sympathy.
Indeed - a proven ( ahem ) medical factoid. I think its just a matter of time before someone, or actually , someones relative, - probably from some public body like the NHS or Police Force etc - sues for loss of life on the basis of shift work being imposed. Obviously this would have to be someone who signed on on a set contract but then had this changed due to new working practices or somesuch, but , it will happen and I think the result could be very interesting.
