"Loic Remy's move from QPR to Liverpool has been delayed due to problems with the paperwork.

The Reds have agreed a £10.5million fee for the Frenchman, who was expected to be unveiled on Thursday.

However, the deal has been held up and could now take until after the weekend to be finalised."

So might be down to legal stuff. Interesting that the QPR friendly media are reporting £10.5m while everywhere else is saying £8.5m.

 

Some reports that we're interested in Gaitan, who's apparently valued at £30m! Seems like a player who's reputation is much greater than his actual ability.

 

Think he's on around £100,000 a week.

I wodnered that, but why would a London newspaper reporting a deal between two English clubs have a Euro figure? Unless it's from a French source.

 

picked it up off french rags probably... or websites as the english media couldn't give a damn

if/when this signing goes through it looks like comp between Sakho,Skrtl and lovren for CB positions, why i am surprised he hasn't been flown over.

so agger and toure will either be back up, or try and get rid of.

 

toure should never have gone on tour so far he's done nowt and is at risk as there was a deal for him. as a freebie i ope we are not holding out for much as it jeperdises getting shut

 

We've said he can go for nothing. Think echo reported it a while back. We're just desperate to get rid and get him off the wage bill
