Totally unintentional but at least it saves Dev the bother.

    The Expendables 3

These films get cheesier and cheesier. They're filled with bad actors reciting bad lines, badly. They seem to be a vehicle for giving washed up action stars of the eighties one last hooraah. The plot has more holes than a whores fishnets and are as believable as a Tory chancellor.

Still ye canny help loving them , or I can't anyway.

This one is number 3 so that means it's three times dafter than the first one . Wesley Snipes makes an appearance . Guess what....he's a blade man. Harrison Ford gets in on the fun. Mel Gibsons the bad guy

    Ffs even Frasiers in it.

Pure popcorn with all the emphasis on the corn.

    The Signal.

Low budget Sci-fi thriller that punches well above its weight.

Plenty of twists and turns and very entertaining.

Not really, never really saw the attraction. I don't mind suspending disbelief but the fights are about as realistic as 1960s wrestling.

    Cop Land

Good film. Stallone is less wooden than usual, and De Niro and Keitel are excellent. 8/10

    Capote

Not bad. Hoffman's camp lisping was a little irritating but worth a watch. 6/10

    Walk the Line

Really enjoyed this one. Phoenix is superb and the music was great. 9/10

    The Butler

Quite entertaining, but a bit too much like a black Forrest Gump. 7/10

Watched State of Play, the American movie version of the infinitely more superior British TV drama. Entertaining nonetheless.

I watched A Siberian Education. John Malkovitch is excellent in it. It's the creepiest he's been in years. Not a bad little film actually.

    GET ON UP.

    The story of James Brown.

This is a fantastic film. Chadwick Boseman as Brown and Nelson Ellis as Bobby Byrd are fantastic. A film that pulls no punches and that boasts a soundtrack second to none.

This is entertainment funked up to the max.

    8.5/10 film

    10/10 soundtrack.

    Captain America: The Winter Soldier

Excellent, more like an old fashioned spy movie than a superhero movie. I'll watch this again when it comes out on Blu Ray. Cracking fight scenes and some brilliant set pieces. Highly recommended.

Yeah that was good. Unlike the new X-Men film which is poor.

Pity, I was going to watch that tonight.

Btw, Thor:The Dark World is an absolute stinker. It's rank rotten.

... totally agreed ... the 'hero' chosen by the shiny armoured gods (the good guys) was a complete numpty who kept dropping the weapon of mass destruction into the hands of the mad king's (bad guy) servants at every given opportunity ... some judge's of character they were <laugh> ... and the real bad guys, the Titans, looked like refugees friom an over dosage of cucumber facial balm at a spa break ...
