Look Canary - I think it is time you invented your own time zone. If you put your clocks BACK two hours your 9 o'clock would be our 11 and in the morning your 5 would be our 7. You could maintain your own hours but come into line with the rest of Europe :) (well the UK anyway)

I've tried Leo, I really have, it would have been so much better for me during the World Cup, but by 2100 hours my mind and body shut down!

That's why you have to change your clocks so you think it is 9 at 11 - you "adapt" to BST I assume. (I am sure if it were really as easy as that you would have done it long ago :) )

I've been like this for four and a half years now, before that I was an all night taxi driver, bed at 0700 and rise by 1300 then start work at 1600 through to 0600. I think the change back to daytime wakening has faulted my body clock!

I haven't disappeared, hot weather doesn't make one want to sit down in front of a PC.

Starting my Clydesider duties tomorrow at the Games. Am involved with the boxing results distribution, not my favourite sport but I can wonder around the SECC and watch netball (next door to boxing), weightlifting, gymnastics etc. I sense it will be great fun and Glasgow is buzzing especially with the super weather, lets hope it stays reasonable.

Hope you are all enjoying the sun.

Morning all from a very hot and humid Mexico. Having trouble adjusting my body clock and still waking up at 05.00 - have tried Tequila but still not working. Will have to try harder.
Lenny - I thought Weston Super Mud already had it's own time zone?

:) - yes - they did not spot that - they were very strict on all sorts of copywrite items - for instance we had to take down photos of our kids University degrees as they had been taken by professionals - stupid really. What channel was it shown on - Dave Deja Vu ?

It was indeed - she is lovely.

OK - on a real channel then. I have lost count of the number of times they have repeated it - shame we are not paid for repeats :)

If you are in Cancun or Playa area, I assume you are. I recommed Chichen Itza, a bit inland, or Tulum, by the sea, for Mayan ruins. Maybe a dip in a Cenote or one of the underground rivers.

    One
of these two theme parks are worth a visit too, the latter is a bit of a zoo too.

Try a Michelada to drink, be brave! Food wise, all seafood is great there and Mole might just surprise you and of course, don't forget the tacos. If you eat out the best steak is Arrachera.

    ENJOY!! :)
