Jojo may become part of the Charlie Adam deal with a loan spell at blackpool. I like Adam and I think he will be a massive boost to the squad but Shelvey also impressed last season and I don't want him to become isolated from LFC. On the other hand he isn't likely to feature next season as there is now much more competition in the centre mid possition, so is this a good idea? http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/...erpool-close-on-adam-and-downing-2303271.html
A season on loan would be great for Shelvey. However, i would of quite liked to have seen him play in the premiership as surely thats what he needs to get used to. After all he is experienced in League 1 already. Maybe, a loan to one of the lesser clubs like Everton!
I think he can offer a lot to Blackpool and the experiance will make him a better footballer. This is win win imo
################################################################################################ Maybe, a loan to one of the lesser clubs like Everton!..You mean Liverpool reserve team
If he helps you get Adam cheaper then it is worth while. The standard in Championship is pretty decent, and Blackpool play with the ball on floor so should help his development. Personally I think he will be better served at Bolton though.
Would e happy with Jonjo going to Blackpool Even though they got carried away they did play some good footy last year. Wolves would be better for him but Blackpool ok, hopefully holloway doesn't give the boy a bad attitute
If he can get first-team football on a regular basis, it can only benefit the lad. If this does happen, hopefully he can come back next year a better player.
"Jojo was a man who thought he was a loner But he knew it wouldn't last. Jojo left his home in Tucson, Arizona For some California grass."
Up to now it is still gossip but if it were true i think it will do Shelvey good Think about it if he did not go out on loan how many games would he get our midfield is very busy So for that alone it will do him good plus the experience that he will get he will come back even better We will have to see how things turn out atm it is just gossip
I reckon it would be a good move for him.I don't think he's ready for an overall claim to be in the Liverpool side.He needs improving. He's talented, but not strong enough yet and the competition for places will be fierce. He could end up moving on if Conor Coady continues his dramatic progress. He's the one that looks likely to be heir to the Gerrard throne.
tbh the gap between the Championship and Premier League is not that big, if much at all. Obviouslt the top 6 Prem teams are miles above the Championship, but Jonjo Will still take great profit from this.
