With a name like Donald ****, you sound like a Jock. The standard and calibre of player that now ply their trade in our SPL compared to 10 years ago is horrific. Where once we could lavish £6m - £12m (and that was still classed as alot of money) on one player, we can barely muster up £2m for a sub standard journeymen. I've said it a million times, we need to invest everything into our youth set-up. It's the only way we can compete in Europe.

We know the 'standard' of our football isn't as high as other leagues like the EPL but at least it's honest football. It's not built on a mountain of debt and dodgy transfer fees.

I believe that most of the good Bosmans got signed up in January on pre-Contracts. Still, at least we are in the market.
The quality of football in the Championship is far superior to that in the Scottish Premier league which is in serious decline, that is why Danns chose to play for Leicester.
