Great stuff. There were some wonderful bands playing on the London pub circuit in the mid seventies. Brinsley Schwarz were a class act. I played the 15 thoughts album to death. Threw up some great musicians / writers who went on to form a lot of early punk / new wave bands. Strummer from the 101ers, Ian Dury from Kilburn and the Highroads and Nick Lowe from Brinsley Schwartz. Then there was Dr Feelgood. If you've never seen Oil City Confidential then you should. Greatest film about a rock band ever made. Except perhaps The Song Remains The Same.
