Dundee United fan here, it's sounding more & more likely that Andy Robertson could be heading off to you guys as Bruce seems extremely keen to get him. United have said from day 1, even before the first intrest was made in him, that it would cost £3million to get him and im delighted that we are able to knock back bids of £2.5million + add-ons. However I wouldnt be surprised if even by the end of today you have a bid accepted for him as you seem desperate for a LB and the Euro deadline for your game is tomorrow i think? We only signed Andy last summer and from the type of person he seems to be he wont hand in a transfer request, he has went from playing amateurs to being Scotland 1st choice LB in the space of 12months and he realises that Dundee United have done well for him. We are in no need to sell on the cheap and £3million for Scotlands 1st choice LB is still a bargain especially when your being linked with Rose for £6-8 million (if reports are true) Anyway if he does end up going to Hull I hope he can keep progressing and become a valuable 1st teamer for you boys

Yeah we got around 2.2 million + a ton of add-ons so quite happy with the deal for him, never seen a player so raw with so much ability and hopefully he can reach his potential. good move for him as if he gets the playing time the style of football should help him instead of getting kicked in the air every other week up here. I read a bit into the release clause placed on him and Sporting are doing this with every younger player they sign, very unlikely any of them will be sold for near that amount but they had problems in the past with youngsters and there contracts. They had this problem when Bruma left for Galatasary, think they still got around £10 million for him tho
