I heard it on Talk Sport, it's absolute genius. Sounds like a movie trailer with this ridiculous over the top 'epic' music and voiceover and referring to Europe's 'Elite'.

These 'elite' teams are Arsenal, Valencia, Monaco & Benfica of which only 1 has won the European cup and that was 50 years ago.

I think if I was a Saints fan I would be extremely upset.
Thats what, 7 or 8 of last seasons best XI.....gone....
Why would you do this, let them all leave at the same time.
Also they need to move their ass and start signing players, you may think theres a month of the window left, but if you have to sign 9 players, thats a lot of negotiating.

Or are they just going to promote their entire youth team to the first team?

 

I think its really sad that this is the way football is going, as long as this keeps happening we will only ever have a strong top 4/5 with lower teams never pushing to get there. Of course finance dictates but not wiping a whole team out in one go !!
