They're not our rivals, we only interact with them because a manager left us for them after setting the foundations for a decent team he couldn't take any further. Steve Bruce is far, far better than Nigel Pearson. I couldn't give a f** about some club from the East Midlands, everyone is inferior to Yorkshire anyway.

In all honesty we've probably not been as excited / optimistic for many a year .. we have a relatively young squad with some very promising young players ... plus we are being continually linked with signings that five years ago we could only have dreamt about .... we may well get a wake up call but we played some smashing stuff last season and those young players will be even better this season ... you mention Moore but we also have Jeff Schlupp, Drinkwater, James, Mahrez and Knockeart ... the additions so far are all of quality (i.e compared to the dross of our last campaign under Mickey Adams) so why not be optimistic? ... we have bundles of pace in the side and if we get the ball in the right area from wide positions Ulloa could be just what we need ... we finished on a record points score (for us) last season so theer is every reason to be optimistic ...as I keep saying ... only time will tell ... but right now it's a great time to be a Leicester fan ...

From a forum point of view I'm looking forward to you playing Sunderland and QPR in quick succession at the end of November, and again at the end of the season (last 2 games?). The idea of smug posting on the QPR board in a 3 way fight between the 3 clubs if you're all in a relegation battle to avoid the 3rd drop spot is amusing me already.
Wes Morgan when at Forest was out done by Fryatt for pace. He'll get murdered in this league, he's like a statue, I can't see he'll have got any quicker!!
