Meh, not looking for sympathy, I'm a Canadian WASP (do you use that acronym in England?) so it's not as if that's the kind of thing that happens often, but it was one of those bizarre moments as a majority white guy that you can at least empathise a little with more traditionally targeted immigrants

Wow, I don't know why I asked that, obviously that acronym originated in England. I spent the evening with my Scottish girlfriend, and as per usual we both used words the other person had never heard before -- so it gets me temporarily questioning these sorts of things

 

To be fair you don't hear it mentioned often. I am one but i never think of myself as a wasp. Probably more common in North America because people there are obsessed with lineage. You know i'm Scots/Irish he is Italian American she is Polish American etc etc. I think it is too generic to be worth mentioning for most Brits, if you know what I mean?

why is tash always abused clearly everyone could see the point he was making but just decided to have ago, saying that he doesn't want an arab owner isn't racist when he backs his answer up with good reasons like saying they won't have the same knowledge of the club as somebody local. So would anyone want a mackem owner? if your answer is no then you to are racist in the same way as tash was called a racist for his opinion.

Right now heres my opinion on ownership, I don't want a super rich owner that would pump 100-200 million into the club for transfer every season. I would much prefer someone or a group of people to invest around 50 million a year and have good buisness knowledge as I feel that a super rich owner may change how I feel about the club I don't know why but I just have that feeling.
