so guaranteed match ticket there goes the hope of booking your own itinerary £399 excluding price of match ticket, bit excessive like
its from Humberside airport but aye need to make your own way there and its straight to the match and back
^^^this. I doubt that any group travel could be arranged cheaper. Individual travel can cost less but overall I think anyone would spend roughly the same amount. Cheap flight, cheap hotel, food and transfers for less than £450 would be hard to do.
The reason it's so expensive is due to the fact its from Humberside. I had a job interview a few months ago at an airline based there called Links Air - and they fly from Doncaster because the fees to fly in and out of Humberside are so expensive. Factor in chartering in a good sized plane in the peak of the Summer Holidays, and there you have it. If we qualify, it'll get cheaper - but possibly not by much! Plus even if 250 tickets are sold - City wont be chartering a plane with 250 people on it so you've still got a chance of getting a ticket.
If the ticket allocation is low, that may be the only way to do it. No tickets on general sale. Just a question ??
It will get cheaper once we get out of August. Flight to Bratisalva 8th Aug - £250, 8th September £33.50.
I hope Vojvodina win 5 -0 on Thursday and the game is moved to Novi Sad Serbia. Their ground holds about 15,000.

I've applied for this. Seems the best way of guaranteeing a ticket and I don't mind paying a bit more to be part of history. CTWD's offering will no doubt be cheaper but who knows how willing the club will be to co-operate with them?
It's be nice to see the allocation we'll get. I'm a bit ten about this, nice to know everything sorted, and it suits my time schedule well, but I was looking forward to the prospect of getting ****faced on 30p pints with other city fans after our first ever sunny European night. It's been 31 degrees in hell this week, and that's with bad weather. Wouldn't mind me an extra day of that
