Cyclists do seem to be above the law if you ask me, forever riding on pavements, no lights after dark etc etc. I also don't hold with the "it's because the roads are too dangerous" line. The Peelers should start bloody prosecuting, they're a bloody menace. And why the feck do they seem to ignore cycle lanes and ride on the main road?
I live on a one way street in Weston, if I want to cross the road, I have to look both ways or risk getting clobbered by a cyclist doing 50 mph the wrong way down the road!
Slight worry Dave. Since Rich, a regular contributor, signed off the reverse thread of this a couple of days ago with ' time to sign off and leave. See ya ' - silence. I hope we have not lost another regular - I still miss Redruth - over an argument on a O/T subject.
I hope so too midway, but poor Rich suffers an awful lot of pain due to poor health, I'm hoping that influenced his disappearance and he'll be back in due course!
If Rich is offended by this daft thread the best thing to do is delete it.... The guy is not well and obviously the altercation with the angry villager really upset him rather than just an angry rant. I`m sure nobody picked up on this i certainly didn`t and this tongue in cheek thread just turned into a moan fest about dogs and cyclists .
