Not really, gonna have to go back on Friday I think. I did find one nice house share, but I just knew straight away I wouldnt get along with the other occupants. And, one flat I looked at was awful, think it was an ex drug den. Was Kings Cross though.....

    How you doin Skalpel?

Hopefully your Friday trip won't cost another arm and a leg. I'm not bad cheers, leaving early tomorrow to visit my old man in Newcastle, first proper trip there in absolutely ages.
So youre living in York now? I rented a house for a while just inside the walls a few years ago, nice city - especially liked the bar Pivo in the very centre.

Aye hopefully....might even find somewhere to live. Cos i need too, and quick. Nice, you flying over from Prague? And yeh, the tired ole town of York...really happy to be leaving, will miss alot of things though. Pivo especially....got alot of memories of that place....bloody love it. Spending cold afternoons with mates drinking unknown beers and ales while playing Buckaroo....legendary!

Evening Mr Hippo!, Beyonce has actually been rather enjoyable..rather suprised. Got the crowd in the palm of her hand!

I'm driving over actually, quite a long trip but I'll be picking up a load of old stuff from his house to bring back with me.
Haha the beers are great in Pivo, I'd been living in Brussels before moving there so it was amazing to get all the less known Belgian beers that nowhere else in England seemed to have. Was always gutted that they made you give a 20 quid deposit to use the Kwak beer glass though cos theyre awesome:

Yeh, I went with friends last autumn got stupidly high. Amsterdam is a city every young person should experience. Definetley the most enjoyable city. Most interesting was Warsaw though.

I've never seen them glasses before! £20 deposit is a bit steep. If you're ever in York again, try the Timmermans Strawberry....very moreish

Yep Prague is a fantastic city. The old medieval town is really awesome at night when it's all lit up and the veiws of the castles from the different bridges are great too. There's an absolute ton of cosy little bars and especially if you don't go to the really touristy places you'll pay the equivalent of about £1 for a beer.

Gents, bit of computer help. Youtube is being so slow for me, I don't think it is anything to do with internet connection, my laptop takes ****ing ages to load a video as does my iphone4, I tried using the wi-fi in my girlfriends house on the iphone and it got the same reaction. My phone has bags of memory left so it shouldn't be slowing down. Any ideas? I have deleted my history, messages etc... on youtube to see if that helped, nope.

Sounds similar to a problem I experienced lately.....everything just took an age to load. I didnt think it was the internet connection, but it turned out to be a fault with the router. Im no computer wizz, but I would say contact your internet provider, cos thats what I did, and the problem was solved pretty quickly.
