As I'm heading down to the game tomorrow and haven't had a go at a match thread yet thought I'd give it a go!

As for the team news, likely to see most players given a run out with a different 11 starting either side of Half time. Will be interesting to see if Lovren even travels with the squad, let alone gets on the field.

A good chance to Welcome Koeman, Pelle, tadic etc on home soil, and should be a few Saints fans heading down there! Going for 6-1 Saints.

I was woken up early this [OK, just seen the time in the systray, so strictly yesterday] morning, around 7.30am by a mate on the phone, who apologised, but thought I'd be up.

Ha, this reminds me of a similar occasion. Three years ago now, my uncle phoned here and my Dad answered - it was 06:50, on a Sunday.

Uncle: "Hello, are you up?"
Dad: "I am now"
Uncle: "Oh, have I woken you up?"
Dad: *hangs up*

I am retired and I guess like other oldies, the name of the actual day blurs into insignificance, unless it says Match Day, then it has an importance of its own.
