Thanks to all for their kind thoughts and best wishes on the eve of our trial Igave evidence on the 2nd day and gave it a right ( but respectful ) go The last day of the trial was for expert ( planning ) evidence and final submissions but the prosecution expert was on holiday despite the trial date having been fixed last Sept So 2 more months wory and uncertainty and more legal fees About 10kEuros when we are victims

Anyway looking forward to the new season to take my mind of it

Thanks Nick There is a case pending in ECHR in respect of poor elderly souls who already have a demolitionorder against them ItIs expensive but we members of AUAN ALMANZORA ( worth a google ) are funding it but it could take months to be heard unless the local authorities fix a date for demolition ( yet prisoners who complain agst being deprived of luxouties get a quick hearing )

In view of the adxerse publicity here and the affect on the economy of 000's of brits abandoning their homes because they can not sell them the authorites are taking no action at the moment although the regional govt who call the shots are gung ho for demolitions

Kathy is still unwell because of the stress and wishes she was back in Blurton

I have been away and just come back to your thread. All I can say is 'Typical of spanish authorities.' I hope both you and your wife hold up to the stress another two months of waiting causes and you get some sort of result come September.
