Not sure if don't it as a challenge but it's in loads of episodes where he just goes and has a normal size meal etc. Do love pulled pork though, had it a couple of times and it's beautiful.
Pulled Pork bbq is South Carolina's "national dish". It's everywhere and there are restaurants (frequently buffet) dedicated to it. 3 main bbq sauces based on vinegar tomato or mustard. The mustard based bbq is unique to SC and is the best. South Carolina has more pulled pork bbq competitions than anywhere else on earth.
its shredded pork really. brazed till it falls apart for the lazy arsed people who can't be arsed chewing. To put pulled pork on top of a burger is to invite a coronary. And yes I've been in the one resturant in virignia ever to make man v food and yes it was a dive and yes it had pulled port and barbeque. Buz and Ned's http://buzandneds.com/ the fact the **** hole has a website says it all.. what they don't have is a picture of the sticky wooden benches and "tent" out front please log in to view this image
They take a cut of pork that's too tough and inedible to sell normally, cook it slowly so it softens, call it a special recipe and charge you more for it. Genius.
Its pork that has been slowly cooked over several hours. The 'pulled' part of the name comes from the fact you are to pull the meat and bone apart with ease.
I keep getting told that BT Sport are covering all of the US matches live. Anybody know if that's true?
