It needs to be a category 3 stadium (defined by these regulations http://www.fai.ie/PDF/UEFAStadiumInfrastructureRegulations2010.PDF) to be eligible for the third qualifying round/playoff round. The minimum capacity for a cat 3 is 4500. As the Dubnica stadium looks pretty new, I'm sure it'll meet the rest of the requirements. I reckon we can count on the game being played there.
