    Some odd facts from the World Cup:

    "G is the 7th letter of the alphabet

    G is Germany's first letter

    Germany has 7 letters in their name

    Germany scored 7 goals in the group games

    Germany scored 7 goals against Brazil

    The final was played in July, the 7th month

    otherwise it would it would have been played at 7 pm on the 7th & No 7 would have scored

    & No 7 would have been born on 7/7/77 @ 7
